A group of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses to study different research projects. The present concentration is to study absolute tissue perfusion using state of the art laser equipment.
With our laboratory and expertise of our staff, we have the ability to contract research projects at a very competitive price.
Dr. Mirza has led hyperbaric and wound care units since 2010, as well as being the Medical Director of several nursing homes. Dr. Mirza graduated from American University of Beirut in 1987, and has been practicing medicine for over 28 years. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine.
Received Baltimore Magazine's 'Top Doc' award in Hyperbaric Medicine in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Considered an expert in the field of Hyperbarics and Wound Care.
Robert Flower has been involved principally in ophthalmic research for more than 30 years. In 1982 Flower became Director of the Applied Physics Laboratory/ Johns Hopkins Medical School Collaborative Biomedical Program. In 1995 Flower joined the University Of Maryland Department Of Ophthalmology faculty as Associate Professor and also (in 2001) the NYU School of Medicine faculty as Professor of Ophthalmology, where he was Director of Biophysical Research at the LuEsther T. Mertz Retinal Research Center and The Macula Foundation, Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital through 2008. Most recently (2017), he published a clinical method for observation and characterization of microvascular vasomotion, using ICG angiography following autologous reinjection of erythrocytes containing ICG dye, as well as the first ever clinical methodology for quantification of tissue blood perfusiom in absolute terms.
Ms. Woltereck has an undergraduate in community health education and nursing and a master in administrative management with a concentration in healthcare management. She has over 38 years of experience in healthcare. She has been an accreditation surveyor for the NCQA for the past 26 years. She is a successful published research coordinator in conjunction with the University of Maryland and University of Pennsylvania.
She has spent the last 30 plus years of her career working as a consultant for organizations in the preparation of certifications and accreditations by federal, state agencies, JCAHO, NCQA, and AAAHC. She continues as a clinician, her focus involves ongoing education of the patients who have wounds from a myriad of medical problems.
Dr. David Coll is Board-Certified in General and Vascular Surgery. He was fellowship-Trained in Vascular Surgery at Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed residency at General Surgery, Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. He received his MD from University of Maryland at Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Dale Buchbinder is a Board certified vascular surgeon. He was fellowship-Trained in Vascular Surgery at Albany Medical Center & Veterans Administration Medical Center, Albany, New York. He completed residency at Chief Resident, Albany Medical Center Hospital, Albany, New York He received his MD from University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School, Chicago, Illinois. He is the former President of the Maryland Chapter of American College of Surgeons, a member of the Distinguished Federal Society of Vascular Surgery, retired governor of the American College of Surgeons. He has over 70 publications of vascular surgery and given 100 major presentations.
Dr. Raymundo is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics by the American Board of Medical Specialties. She earned her medical doctorate degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 1983. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Biology from University of the Philippines, as well as a Masters in Information Technology from University of Maryland UC. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency with the Good Samaritan Hospital Johns Hopkins Residency Program in Baltimore MD in 1993, and Geriatric Fellowship with Albert Einstein College of Medicine Montefiore Medical Center in 1995. Since then she had extensive experience in both primary care and geriatrics in various settings and as a clinical informatics consultant for United Health Medicare Advantage. She is fluent in English and able to serve the Filipino speaking clients.
Dr. Fernando A Delgado is a Board Certified Internist who graduated from The Central University of Quito, Ecuador, School of Medicine. In 1980 he moved to Baltimore and trained in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, at Johns Hopkins. His specials interests include hypertension, kidney disease and geriatrics. He is also interested in providing services to the spanish speaking clients.
Dr. Marshalee George serves as the clinical director. She is a board certified oncology and primary care nurse practitioner. She received a masters in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania. Then subsequently completed a master’s and doctorate in public health. 18+ years of experience in oncology, primary care, prevention care, outcome measures, educational development and more.
Member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Oncology Nursing Society, and American Psychosocial Oncology Society.
